This Legal Notice is published in compliance with Article 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Federal Act on Unfair Competition (UCA), which requires all commercial websites to clearly identify the operator and provide a contact address including email.

Privacy Policy

This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), in force since September 2023, and — where applicable — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679). ARYS serves clients in Switzerland and Europe. Where the two frameworks differ, the stricter standard applies. EU and EEA residents have additional rights set out below.

We do not have a statutory obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer. All data protection enquiries are handled directly by Dr. Zerguine at the address above.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Assessment data — PXT Select®

  • Collected only with your explicit written consent, obtained before the assessment begins
  • Used as one input among three — alongside structured interviews and role or career context — never as the sole basis for any conclusion
  • Shared with you only — never with your employer or any third party without your explicit written consent
  • For organisational engagements: the Blueprint is shared with the commissioning firm under agreed confidentiality terms, confirmed with the candidate before the process begins
  • Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then securely deleted
  • Not used for automated decision-making — all data is reviewed and contextualised by a human practitioner

The PXT Select® assessment is administered through Summit Assessment (authorised distributor). Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards apply.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards. Switzerland is recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection (European Commission decision, January 2024).

7. Your rights

Under nDSG and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact decisions@arysleaders.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone that produce legal or similarly significant effects (GDPR Art. 22). PXT Select® data is always reviewed and contextualised by Dr. Zerguine personally.

10. Security

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data sent to and from arysleaders.com
  • Password-protected access controls for all systems holding personal data
  • Access to engagement data limited strictly to the practitioner
  • Secure deletion of data upon expiry of retention periods

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy annually and whenever there is a material change to our data processing activities. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
