What changes when the decision has structure

Each case here represents a specific decision context — a leader, a situation, a diagnostic process, and a named output. Details are anonymised. The patterns are real. Cases are added as engagements complete.

This profile made my impact visible: how I influence the team, how the environment was shaping me, and why I was running on empty. It helped me shift from carrying conflict to leading through structure and boundaries.

About these engagements

Questions about
the diagnostic process

The Leadership Operating Blueprint is a written, structured document produced at the end of every ARYS diagnostic engagement. It is not a verbal debrief or a slide deck. It makes the leader’s operating mechanism, pressure patterns, environment fit, influence conditions, and recommended next moves explicit and defensible. For profiling engagements it includes fit conditions, derailer risks, named trade-offs, and a 90-day action frame. For career strategy engagements it includes decision criteria, non-negotiables, stakeholder dynamics, and 2–3 structured options with what must be true for each to work. The Blueprint is yours to act on, return to, and use in conversations that matter.
All names are changed. Sector, function, and organisational size are adjusted where necessary to prevent identification — typically shifted by one level of specificity. The operating patterns, diagnostic findings, pressure dynamics, and outcomes described are as they occurred. The purpose of anonymisation is to protect the individual, not to generalise the case. Every case published here reflects a real engagement with a real decision context.
No. PXT Select® is one input among three — alongside structured interviews and role context analysis. It is never the sole basis for any conclusion. The Leadership Operating Blueprint synthesises all three inputs. The assessment provides validated data on cognitive reasoning, behavioural tendencies, and work interests that anchors the diagnostic and reduces reliance on self-report alone. In Maya’s case, the PXT Select® data made the operating mechanics visible — influence signature, energy capacity, and decision processing — that structured interviews then contextualised against her specific environment.
A diagnostic engagement at ARYS is scoped, time-bounded, and produces a written output. It has a beginning, a defined process, and a deliverable. Executive coaching serves different purposes and different clients — it is typically an ongoing relationship without a named output. Coaching is a complement to this work, not a substitute. A personality assessment alone produces a report, not a decision-grade recommendation. ARYS engagements use assessment data as one input in a structured process that culminates in a Blueprint specific to the decision at hand.
Yes. Executive profiling engagements at ARYS are designed specifically for high-stakes selection and promotion decisions — for executive search firms, headhunters, and leadership teams evaluating a finalist. The engagement surfaces pressure fit, derailer risk, and onboarding conditions before they become costly surprises. The Blueprint gives the hiring manager a complete picture of who they are bringing in — not just interview performance. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute intake call to clarify the decision context.
Yes. All ARYS diagnostic engagements are available in both English and French. The PXT Select® assessment is validated in both languages. Structured interviews, Blueprint delivery, and follow-up conversations can be conducted in either language or a combination — common in the Swiss multilingual context. ARYS is based in Fribourg, Switzerland, and works primarily with leaders and organisations in Switzerland and Western Europe.
First step

Every situation starts
with a focused conversation

The patterns in these cases are not unique to the individuals involved. They appear wherever operating style, environment, and decision context are misaligned — and go unexamined. A diagnostic engagement begins with a free 30-minute intake call to clarify the decision, the stakes, and what must be surfaced before acting.
