About ARYS · Fribourg, Switzerland
16 years inside the room.
Now I help you navigate it.
ARYS is a Swiss-based leadership advisory working internationally. Every engagement is led personally by Dr. Rodica Zerguine — built on 16+ years inside global corporate leadership at 3M, where she held P&L accountability, ran cross-functional mandates globally and in EMEA, and made — and lived with — the decisions she now helps clients get right.

A diagnostic practice.
Not a generic advisory.
Dr. Zerguine leads every ARYS engagement personally. She spent 16 years as a senior leader at 3M — a global Fortune 500 corporation — holding P&L accountability and running cross-functional mandates across global and regional markets. She did not study leadership in a classroom. She practised it in environments where decisions had real consequences and assumptions were tested daily.
Her formation is unusual by design — and that is what makes the diagnostic rigorous. A degree in dental surgery built the clinical core: triangulate before concluding, name what is actually happening rather than what appears to be, and never draw a conclusion a single data point cannot support. That precision is deepened by applied neuroscience — specifically how the brain processes pressure, forms judgement, and drives behaviour under constraint. Combined with PXT Select® practitioner certification, executive coaching training, and a sustained international corporate career, these are three disciplines that rarely converge in one practitioner.
She built that career across four countries, with full accountability inside and outside the office. That lived reality is not background colour. It is why every engagement accounts for what each path will actually cost — not just what it might offer. For the organisations she works with, that means fewer costly mis-hires and better-defended selection decisions. For the senior women she works with, it means a diagnostician who has navigated the same terrain — and can name what others will not.

Why ARYS works
the way it does
“We do not promise transformation. We support disciplined decisions and sustained performance through structure, evidence, and accountability. The client remains the decision-maker. The structure, the rigour, and the accountability for the diagnostic process are ours. The judgment — and where it leads — remains entirely theirs.”
Every engagement is synthesised and delivered by Dr. Zerguine personally. The practitioner who runs the diagnostic is the same one who produces and delivers the Blueprint. This is a structural commitment — not a marketing claim — and one that most advisory firms cannot make.
ARYS does not work from impression, intuition, or consensus. Every engagement uses validated assessment data, structured interviews, and role context — triangulated before any conclusion is named. If the evidence does not support a strong recommendation, that is what the client receives — clearly, and with full explanation.
ARYS’s role is to improve the quality of the decision — not to make it on the client’s behalf. The Blueprint is a structured decision support tool, not a guarantee of outcomes. Clients retain full decision authority. We provide structure, clarity, and evidence. The judgment remains yours.
ARYS does not work with every client who enquires. Engagements are limited to situations where the decision carries real consequence and the client is ready to engage with full clarity — about the decision, the risk, and what it will actually take. If the fit is not right, we say so at intake.
Swiss-based by design.
International in practice.
Conflict-of-interest discipline is structural, not aspirational. ARYS holds no referral relationships that could compromise an assessment output. The recommendation you receive reflects the evidence — not a placement incentive or a third-party dynamic you were not informed of.
Information shared within an ARYS engagement stays within it. All personal and behavioural data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and GDPR where applicable. Reports are delivered only to designated decision-makers, within boundaries agreed at the first conversation.
Behavioural data is collected and used with informed consent, within a clearly defined ethical framework. Profiling is never the sole basis for a consequential decision — not as a policy statement, but as a methodological commitment that holds regardless of client pressure or timeline.
Every engagement uses structured diagnostics and produces a decision-grade written output. No informal impressions. No verbal-only debriefs. No conclusions drawn from a single instrument. The standard is consistent — regardless of client size, sector, or the seniority of the decision.
The profile didn’t just confirm fit — it named the stretch zones, flagged what the candidate needed to watch, and gave the hiring manager a complete picture of who they were bringing in. That’s what a hiring decision should look like.
Questions about ARYS
Common questions from senior leaders, search firms, and HR directors.
Engagements are scoped to the decision at hand — a defined process, a named output, and a clear end point. There is no retainer, no ongoing subscription, and no expectation of continuation beyond the agreed scope. Most clients begin with a focused intake and determine next steps from there. The entry point is a conversation, not a commitment.
A Leadership Operating Blueprint — a concise, written, decision-grade document. It names fit conditions, pressure risks, trade-offs, recommended next moves, a 90-day activation frame – depending on the selected package. It is not a slide deck or a verbal debrief. It is a document you can act on, return to, and use in conversations that matter — with a board, a hiring team, or in a private career decision. The exact format is confirmed at intake based on engagement type.
Yes. ARYS supports individual senior leaders directly — particularly senior women navigating promotion, transition, negotiation, or re-entry — and partners with executive search firms, HR directors, and corporate leadership teams on profiling and selection decisions. The same diagnostic discipline applies regardless of who holds the decision.
See Career Strategy for Women Leaders or Executive Profiling & Selection for the relevant engagement details.
No. ARYS is Swiss-based and works internationally across Europe — in person or remotely, depending on the engagement. Swiss-based is a standards statement. It describes the precision, neutrality, and discretion that govern every engagement — not a geographic limitation. Engagements are conducted in English and French.
The intake conversation will tell you. Most clients arrive with a real decision and a real timeline. If the stakes are genuine and the willingness to engage with structure and honesty is there, the fit is usually clear within the first conversation. If it is not, that is communicated directly — with no obligation on either side. The entry point is a focused intake, not a long form or a commitment.
Ready to work with someone
who has been there?
Most ARYS engagements begin with a focused intake — 30 to 45 minutes to clarify the decision, the stakes, and what the diagnostic must surface before acting. No long intake forms. No commitment required to start.
