Dr. Rodica Zerguine

Dr Rodica Zerguine is the founder of ARYS Executive Partners, a Swiss-based advisory working internationally across executive profiling & selection, leadership training programs, and career strategy.

She brings 16+ years of experience as a senior leader in a global corporation—cross-functional and international in scope, with transformation delivery, P&L exposure, and people leadership across EMEA and global environments. She combines clinical training (Dentistry), an Executive MBA, training in applied neuroscience for decision-making under pressure, and ICF-certified Executive Coaching.

Her standard was shaped in environments where the cost of error is real: precision, evidence discipline, and responsibility under pressure—applied to career and people decisions that carry consequence.

In parallel, she built that global career while raising two sons and relocating across four countries. This experience informs ARYS’ perspective on sustainable performance: adaptation without self-erasure, resilience without over-functioning, and strategic progression that integrates family realities rather than denying them.

Rodica works exclusively with clients willing to engage with rigor, responsibility, and intellectual honesty.
